Once an applicant has checked in with the front lobby, the customer will be asked to wait in their vehicle until they are called on their mobile phone to return inside for processing. If the applicant does not have a vehicle or cell phone they may sit in the main entrance hall of the Sheriff’s Office. The Records division lobby will remain closed.
