Guns and Hoses Golf Tournament Benefiting NNCCF
The Washoe County Sheriff's Office and Truckee Meadows Fire District are proud to announce the annual Guns and Hoses Golf Tournament is returning for the 11th consecutive year to benefit the Northern Nevada Children's Cancer Foundation.
On Monday, April 24th at Lakeridge Golf Course, local law enforcement officers, firefighters, and citizens will challenge each other to a friendly golf competition while enjoying a beautiful day on the course. The public is invited to to take part in the fun. The $175 registration fee includes golf, cart and lunch along with a chance to provide much-needed support for local families who have children with cancer. The Northern Nevada Children's Cancer Foundation's vision is to reach every family affected by childhood cancer in northern Nevada and the eastern Sierra regions. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life for children with cancer and their families by providing financial assistance and compassionate support programs while advocating for increased research funds and raising public awareness.
