Detectives with the Washoe County Sheriff's Office Crimes Against Children unit arrested Kyle Gephart, age 24, of Washoe County on Wednesday, January 15, 2019 on multiple charges related to sexual assault and lewdness with a child under 14.
Gephart has been booked into the Washoe County Detention Facility on two charges of Sexual Assault Against a Child less than 14, one charge of Lewdness with a Child Less than 14, one charge for Possession of Pornography of a Person less the 16 and one charge for Using a Minor Less than 14 to Produce Pornography.
The charges are related to incidents involving one female victim that occurred in 2019 at an undisclosed location in Washoe County. The victim is known to the suspect.
