The Washoe County Sheriff's Office arrested Brijesh Patel, age 42, of Washoe County on Thursday, November 3, 2016 on one count of Sexual Assault with a Child under the age of 14 and two counts of Lewdness with a Child under the age of 14.
The charges are related to incidents that occurred on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at an undisclosed residence in Washoe County. The juvenile male victim was known to the suspect.
Patel is being held without bail in the Washoe County Detention Facility.
At this time, there is nothing to indicate that there are additional victims however this is an ongoing investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Washoe County Sheriff's Office Detective Division at (775) 328-3320 or Secret Witness at (775) 322-4900.
