Washoe County Sheriff’s Office Detectives seek public’s help in finding missing teen

The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public to be on the lookout for a missing 15-year-old girl last seen by family in June of 2021. Detectives and the girl’s family are concerned for her welfare.

Destiny Jacobsen is a chronic runaway. Destiny’s family last heard from her on September 17, 2021 when she contacted them by phone.  She has family in Chowchilla, California and in Uinta County, Wyoming.
