Washoe County Sheriff's Office detectives are asking for the public's help with information that could assist the ongoing investigation of a suspected homicide that occurred sometime Friday at a residence on Lupin Drive in Sun Valley.
At approximately 3:00 p.m. on Friday, September 29, 2017, Sheriff's Office deputies responded to the area of Lupin Drive and Honey Bear Drive on a report of a deceased person located within a residence. Deputies located a deceased male adult who appeared to be the victim of a shooting.
The decedent has been identified by the Washoe County Medical Examiner's Office as 34-year-old Michael Partridge of Sun Valley and confirmed that Partridge died as a result of having been shot. Next of kin have been notified.
