Washoe County Sheriff's Office Detectives arrested a third male in connection with the Storey County burglaries. On Sunday, January 15, 2012 at approximately 6:30 PM, Detectives contacted Robert Jake Allen, a 20 year old Sun Valley resident, in the 5200 block of Carol Drive. Allen was arrested, transported and booked into the Washoe County Sheriff's Office Detention Facility on one count of unlawful use of a credit card and two no bail probation violation charges. No further stolen items were recovered. This investigation is ongoing. Further information will be released as this investigation unfolds.
Detectives are reporting that three firearms (1 pistol, 1 rifle and 1 shotgun) remain outstanding as well as several bows and knives.
