The Washoe County Sheriff's Detectives announced that sexual assault suspect Joel Ross Sempier was arrested this afternoon in Lodi, California.
Sempier, a white male adult, age 25, is accused of sexually assaulting a known acquaintance in her residence during the early morning hours of August 26th, 2011.
Washoe County Sheriff's Office detectives have an arrest warrant charging Joel Sempier with Sexual Assault and Burglary.
Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call the Washoe County Sheriff's Detectives at (775) 328-3320.
