Sheriff's Office asks for help identifying burglary suspect |

Washoe County Sheriff's Office Detectives are asking for the public's help with identifying a man who burglarized a Sun Valley convenience store during the early morning hours of September 15, 2018.
Sometime between 2:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m., the suspect broke through windows to gain entry into the store located on Sun Valley Boulevard south of 4th Avenue. The suspect is reported to have stolen a large amount of cash.
Investigators obtained store surveillance photos of the suspect. Those photos are attached to this press release.
The suspect is described as a white male, 50 to 60 years of age with white/gray hair and slight facial hair. At the time of the burglary the suspect was wearing a black hat, a dark colored long sleeve shirt, and light colored pants. It appears that he was also wearing gloves.
